Elite Spellbinder (2W) is a 3/1 Human Cleric with flying that lets you exile a noncreature card from an opponent's hand when it enters the battlefield. They can still cast it but must pay 2 more. Excellent in white tempo or control decks for disrupting opponent's key spells.
